I highly recommend the referral skills workshop that was run by Graham. He provided so many seemingly simple ideas on how to get referrals. He really made you think and see just how easy it can be.
As a result I am happy to confirm that my current referral rate is in the double figures on a weekly basis and can happily recommend this training to anyone.
